Question: alot of people study mass communication but everyone don't get job in newspaper or come on tv ..plz tell then wat use they can made of mass communication degree ?
Answer: Let me tell you that, you need to correct your outlook first. Being successful in getting a professional degree only doesn't fetch you jobs. Everyone possesses certain skills - technical, personal and transferable.

Technical skills are job specific and you acquire them through your academics.
Personal skills are inherent qualities.
And transferable skills are learnt while working or gaining experience.
Getting a job of our choice depends on these three skills.

Moreover Mass Communication is a combination of various subjects including journalism, editing, writing, acting, film making, public relations, advertising. It is not only about reading news on the television or writing news in the newspapers. It contains diverse kinds of subjects and one can specialise in of these subjects to get job specific skills. So getting a basic degree won't be of much help in getting a good placement. One needs to masters in the specific subject of interest.

All the best
