Question: Hi am a guy of 23yrs. I am a commerce graduate an am confused cause am having 2yrs of hardcore sales exprience. But I have all the opening from insurance sector an sales sector. But i want to work with airlines industry so i have decided to join any aviation institute for ground staff training or something else
Answer: Many areas of the ground staff in any airlines require a science background. But if you really want to go for it, you can apply for the following posts but would also need some extra qualifications...

  • Airport Manager: you need to have a gradation degree from any ecognised univerity with 5 yrs of experience in air traffic control or a pilot's license or an MBA.
  • Air traffic Officer: Requires a diploma of travel and tourism with profiency in some foreign language.
  • Manager: Requires a degree on personal management or an MBA.
  • Ticketing and Reservation Personnel: requires diploma in travel and tourism.
  • Cargo Manager: Requires graduation in any dicipline.
